I saw a gorgeous ring on overstock.com for what seems like a price that is too good to be true. What makes this diamond ring so inexpensive?

The general rule for diamond pricing is color, cut and clarity; the better each, the more expensive the diamond. Also, lab-created diamonds are 99% less expensive than natural diamonds.

I've recently bought the eternity diamond ring but could not find the stamp. Has been told that it's a legal requirement to have the stamps on platinum??
